A Gate
I was still a child when I drew "A Gate". Perhaps this gate represents some sort of barrier, or code that must be followed, to what good things are beyond it. Somehow it makes me think of the gates of heaven. Maybe the keys, combo-locks and other security measures on the gate represent how it is impossible to get into heaven on our own merit. Just look how small the man is... how could he even read the mechanisms? Yet he stands in awe before the mighty gate, with confidence and utter joy, for he knows that he is free to enter by the power and right of Another.
