Wednesday when I returned to work from the cabin, a special surprise was awaiting me on my desk. I received the Johnny Cash Audio NKJV Bible that I ordered. Everyone in my department was wondering what the package was. I showed them my black shiny package. Woo hoo! Captain Cash's voice is like no other. I've been listening to it ever since.

Let me tell you, if I could hear the Spirit of the Living God speaking through a computer generated voice ringing in my ears... then how much more in the powerful and unique voice of Johnny Cash! I've already been rendered speechless and motionless by the effectiveness of the Word of God in this format. Only better things are in store for the Word coming alive in me through the power of Jesus Christ!

I was really wishing that I would have received the CDs before going to the cabin so I could take them with me. But it didn't work out that way. I still have to report fully on that experience... I'm in a combined state of still processing what God showed me and forgetting it all at the same time. So I need to write about it, but I've not fully realized what to write... but if I don't start, it will all become a flash in the pan of my worthless memory. I also have much to write about the testimony of greatness in Johnny Cash's "example"... hopefully I'll remember to write that too.
