Halfway down the cave we encountered an amazingly well-constructed staircase that led to a surreal rift in the cavern's ceiling. We were told that the stairs lead to an old house. Can you imagine living above a cave and having a staircase down into it? That would be AWESOME. Talk about the ultimate hiding and play place for kids! The entrance could be hidden, like Bruce Wayne's Batcave! Wow, what imaginative and glorious thoughts that come to mind. Such possibilities! It would be cool to string some electricity down into the cave at that point. Totally cool! I'm not sure whether the house is still in use or not.
