Starlight Parade
This year, 2007, marks the 100 year anniversary of Portland's Rose Festival. I made it to the Starlight Parade. As always, it is very difficult to get decent pictures in low light conditions. I could brighten them up digitally, but their color quality was a total loss. I decided to convert them all to grayscale for consistency and so their color quality isn't so apparent and distracting.
