Zoo Visit August 2006
My favorite activity at the Zoo is to attempt to get good photos of the animals. It seems that a macro lens and a decent camera make a photographer out of anyone. These pictures prove it - because I am not particularly photographically gifted. Perhaps a macro lens simply allows us to view the world in a way utterly impossible to the naked eye, and this unique vantage is why the pictures are so appealing. Read the EsoBlog entry.
