Teeter Tottering Down the Staircase of Vassail Brokeoff
An image that resulted from a sleepless night after writing to Tyler about some of the disquieting issues of an incomplete life. The emails back and forth reminded me of my lapse in drawing.
I employed a new, recently discovered "random" texture technique for the first time. The finer details of the shaded areas are achieved by writing text very lightly and sloppily, combined with broad pencil strokes. The text used, repeated over and over is Philippians 1:1-6.
