Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve
I heard about this peaceful place from a TV news story, and decided to pay a visit (except that you don't have to pay). I arrived too late to visit the education center, but the trails beckoned. These photos show some of what awaits at Jackson Bottom. For more details, read the blog entry.
